Exchange 2013, Management Tools Only - Windows 10.

Hey All i am getting the following error trying to uninstall the Exhcange 2013 management tools:

Configuring Microsoft Exchange Server

                                                                                                     FAILED
     Cannot bind argument to parameter 'Roles' because it is an empty array.

The Exchange Server setup operation didn't complete. More details can be found in ExchangeSetup.log located in the
<SystemDrive>:\ExchangeSetupLogs folder.

Any ideas?
