Hi all,
We have an issue where our on-premesis users (Exchange 2013) cannot request free/busy information from our 365 users. Our 365 users have been synced up to the cloud with Azure Sync.
It works the other way, i.e. our 365 users can see free/busy for our onprem users.
The message that shows up on the scheduling assistant is:
"No Information
No free/busy information could be retrieved.
The recipients mailbox server could not be connected."
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
