Running Exchange 2010 SP3 and Outlook 2010. Have a Distribution Group and I used to be able to "send as" that email address. This was working for a long time - I'm not sure what changed.
My user has "send as" permissions for the group in Active Directory Advanced Features in the Security tab, but I get an email bounceback that says "You can't send
a message on behalf of this user unless you have permission to do so. Please make sure you're sending on behalf of the correct sender, or request the necessary permission. Have also tried:
- Giving my user full control permissions of the DL
- Removing my user from the group and re-adding it
- Converting the DL to a mail-enabled Security Group
- Deleting the "from" address in Outlook New Message and re-adding it from the GAL
Any ideas?
