E2K13 Changing machine IP and subnet IP:2-node DAG-I am almost there but

I have read the articles which Tzahi Kolber and RazvanB document how to change DAG members IP's.  Using these documents, I have put together a tech note which addresses how I need to change the machine IP and subnet IP's of my E2K13 machine IP and subnet.

However, I am changing the IPs because the data center where these servers currently reside will be pulled down and the E2K13 servers will be shipped to a new data center.

I will be moving all active databases to a passive node and put the passive node server into maintenance.

I will then power down   both    servers.

Within Tzahi and Razvan's article they put  "the passive node" into maintenance mode/change the IPs/take it out of maintenance and then go onto another node. However, I believe that my passive node server should be placed in maintenance mode and my "active node" should   not   be put into maintenance mode but my Exchange services should be stopped and disabled.

Why do I think that the active node should not be put into maintenance mode: because of two maintenance mode steps:

suspend-clusternode and set-mailboxserver <serverName> -databasecopyautoactivationpolicy blocked because of what these two cmdlets will do to the active node.

My question, with my scenario, should I put both the active node and the passive node into Maintenance mode?

many thanks
