I am performing a hybrid migration for a customer with Exchange 2007 to Office 365 using a Exchange 2013 hybrid server.
The customer has over 18000 contacts, and approx 80 of these contacts have the same X500 address in the proxyaddresses attribute.
The contacts are part of the same global corporation, and have unique primary smtp addresses.
When performing a idFix lookup on the directory, it displays errors, stating duplicates, indicating I should "edit".
eg . - X500:/o=First Organization/ou=First Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=xxxxxx
I obviously do not want to cause any errors replying to past messages, or have errors with users using their outlook nickname cache to find recipients.
I am unsure how to handle these duplicates, any assistance would be greatly appreciated
