We have configured in the database "Keep deleted items for 14 days" but the users deleted items are not deleting after 14 days and we are able to see more than months and 3 months emails in the deleted items. it seems its not deleting the item after 14days. Can anyone suggest if you had this issue possible solution to resolve this issue.
