We have an Exchange Hybrid configuration. Our desktop clients are on Office 2016. Recently it was brought to my attention that when a delegate attempts to forward, via email, a contact from their manager's Contact folder to another employee, the email is sent, but there is not attachment for the contact.
Delegates can forward contacts from their own Contacts list to anyone they choose, however. The delegates have owner permission on the manager's contacts folder.
Is there a method to enable this functionality? Possibly a PowerShell scrip to enable additional permission?
They were able to forward contacts when we were still on prem with Exchange 2010 and Office 2010\2013.
