How to update existing certificate on exchange 2013 hybrid servers

I need to replace the SSL cert on 4 of my 2013 exchange servers. I have the certificate, do I just import it and that's it?  I have to do this as an emergency tonight and need to know whats steps to follow and make sure it's enabled correctly.
