Unable to retrieve mails Purges [E2013] [eDiscovery] [EAC]

Hi,

I have problem with retrieving mails from the purge folder after the mail is been hard deleted from Recoverable Deletions folder in Exchange 2013. 

I have an Admin account enabled Discovery Management role and also have full access rights for the user.

I would like to know how to retrieve the mails after it is being Hard deleted from the Recoverable deletions, before/after enabling In-Place hold using EAC
