Autodiscover in Outlook returning incorrect server details. 3rd party tools return the correct ones.

I have an Exchange 2013 server that has been working for years.  Autodiscover works for 99% of the email addresses, until two days ago it worked for 100%.

If I run the Test Email AutoConfiguration tool in Outlook 365 and I use any email address from the email system, it returns the correct Exchange Server details.  However, if I use one specific address, mine, it returns details of the outlook.com email server.

This began two days ago, before which all was working fine. Nothing has been changed in the Exchange server config in months, nothing changed in the DNS config either, and nothing changing in my Outlook Profile settings.

There is an account in MS live.com with the same email address that I use for our Office 365 registration etc. but that has been there for many years, and has never caused an issue before.  I cannot delete that account as it is used for my Azure account, Office 365 and several other MS Services.

Can anyone suggest where I can look, or what I can do to steer this one email address to the correct autodiscover information.
