Can I move Health Mailbox?

Dear all,

Windows 2012+ Exchange 2013 CU10

I want to remove a standalone mailbox database(test1). When I try to remove it in ECP, it said: "This mailbox database contains one or more mailboxes, mailbox plans, archive mailboxes, public folder mailboxes or arbitration mailboxes".

I run the get-mailbox -Database test1 -Monitoring | ft displayname,alias

DisplayName                                                 Alias
-----------                                                 -----
HealthMailbox-EXCH3-test1                                 HealthMailboxa70452613995411db31c8888250559f3
HealthMailbox-CAS1-004                                     HealthMailboxfcee98fc8e0d48cc91b7cf80478460ja

Well, there is a health mailbox for CAS created in it. Finst I want to move HealthMailbox-CAS1-004 to another database,

it says: Do not move the monitoring mailboxes between mailbox databases

Then this is the question:

How can I remove the database?
