I have been managing the Office transforms for years (since Office 2007?). All of a sudden (which, coincidentally, has happened right after KB4483187 removed the SSL bindings on my Exchange server), users are no longer able to create their default profile
when starting Outlook 2016 for the first time. After unsuccessfully navigating the automatic setup, I manually enter all the user and server info - only to be stopped when the setup tries to sign into Exchange. The error: "Log onto Exchange ActiveSync
mail server (EAS): The username or password you entered isn't working. Please try typing them again." I verified my typing and got the same result.
Could it be KB4483187 changed something else on the Exchange backend that is impacting autodiscover? Thank you for any help on this roadblock.
