Hi Everyone,
A customer has updated the messaging service from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2010 in June last year.
From about November last year , the outlook clients are disconnected randomly.
This disconnection is presented
for about 1 or 2 weeks at certain times , disconnection normally starts at 9:00 am to 12:40 pm , then stabilizes and returns between 2:30 and 5:30 pm .After these two weeks the service is stable for about 3 months and then re- introduce the problem.
Tests have been conducted at the level of Exchange Server configurations and
ADDS , it reinstalled the messaging system from 0 , but the problem persists .
They
opened a case MS , the MS engineer assigned configurations and analysis performed at the end said it was a matter of autodiscover , and changed the autodiscover configuration to point to the FQDN of the server ( was configured to point to mail.dominio.com) .. this stabilized the service for 02 weeks and was reintroduced ...
We performed increased level LDAP connection ADDS
to accept up to 2000 connections , similarly stabilized the service for 02 weeks and then resubmitted .
Currently the outlook client disconnection was resubmitted last week .
PD: Although theoutlookclients
are disconnected, userscan log intoOWAlevel
Production environment:

Anyone havean idea of whatcould be happening?
Thanks
