Exchange Server 2013 - Error DatabaseRedundancy and DatabaseAvailability check failed

Hi,

We notice our Exchange server is reporting  DatabaseRedundancy and DatabaseAvailability check failure.  I am unable to location any information on how to address this issue.  Can anyone inform how to troubleshoot this issue?  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I appended the output from our findings below.
