Exchange 2013 certificate question?

Hi Folks,

I have an on-premise exchange server that has been using a local CA generate certificate.  It's been working fine, including externally (not sure why).  My servers, etc internally are joined to an internal domain internaldomain.net, which is not owned (registered) and different than my external domain name presence externaldomain.net.  I have had all the MX records in place, split DNS for externaldomain.net in place for a while and been working fine (assuming I install the local CA root cert on the client for my internal domain CA).

However, now I bought a SSL cert from GoDaddy that I want to replace my internal with and getting the following cert warning when setting up.

Anyone know where I go to first to fix the fact it is pointing to internal.internaldomain.net instead of mail.externaldomain.net?
