Repeated Event 1121 listing database that no longer exists

Long story short we had a situation where we ran out of space on the disk hosting the Exchange databases.  The end result was one of our 5 databases became corrupt and required a repair.  Repair was mostly successful and once it was back online we moved all the mailboxes from that database to our other database.  All of them moved except for three which failed the move.

So since we use Outlook in cache mode we exported out those three users mailboxes to a PST, delete their mailboxes from the server, deleted the corrupt/repaired database, and recreated those three users mailboxes.  Once they were created we pulled all their mail back in from the PST file.

Everything was back to normal except now we are getting three Event 1121 errors every minute which I have to assume is the left over move requests for the three mailboxes that failed moving based on the error:

The Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Replication service was unable to process a request due to an unexpected error.
Request GUID: '(RequestGUID)'
Database GUID: '(ExistingGoodDatabaseGUID)'
Error: Database '(FormerBadGUID)' doesn't exist.

So this is correct, that database doesn't exist.   Problem is I can't find the requests anywhere.  "Get-MoveRequest", "Get-MailboxImportRequest", and "Get-MailboxExportRequest" all come back blank.  I went into ADSI under Config -> Services -> Exchange -> ORG -> Mailbox Replication -> and there are no requests in any of the folders.  A"Remove-MoveRequest" using the info from the error said the mailbox database doesn't exist (which is true).    I also went into each of the three affected users in ADSI and made sure the"msExchMailboxMoveRequest" and "msExchMailboxMoveStatus" flags were not set (they weren't).

IIS has been restarted, server has been restarted, even did the last cumulative update and the errors were there before and after the CU.  Not sure what else to do at this point.
