inbound mail rejecting - Client was not authenticated

Server 2012R@ Std (Hyper-V)

ISP Comcast Business

GoDaddy for Domain management & certificates

I am getting inbound mall being rejected from external senders with:

Remote Server returned '<[remote.longsoho.com] #5.7.1 smtp; 530 5.7.1 Client was not authenticated>'

If I send a message on the internal network via exchange, it goes through.

It was working fine for years but I had to change out my small business Cisco router (old one died).

Here is what I have verified:

Mail certificate from GoDaddy is current

Exchange says GoDaddy certificate installed

Router port forwarding of Comcast ports; 143,987,995 & 987 forwarded to exchange server

Port 25 & 110 forwarded to exchange server

What am I missing so I can get external email flowing in?
