Reject due PTR records

Hi. We are using Exchange 2010. Recently we changed our wan ip and also PTR record in ISP side. During 2 days all records changed in global. I am using mxtoolbox and other online tools to test my PTR records. Seems my PTR is ok. I can receive mails without any problem. Sening also ok. But some emails rejects me due incorrect or no PTR issues. Iam using Exchange Queue Viewer to see which mails does not delivered. I saw 4-5 mails rejected. All of them rejected due no PTR or incorrect PTR. Also i saw that these emails rejects my old PTR ip address but i changed it. But they resolves me  in old PTR ip. What can i do now? I can not understand that why these email servers does not made new dns query for taking my new ips (PTR). Plese help me. Every day i rejected from some servers.
