I have a weird issue that just appeared out of the blue. I have one user who is not receiving e-mail to their account, both from internal and external users. Mail for everyone else (thousands of users) is flowing and delivering just fine. When I look at the transport logs, I see multiple instances of the message attempting to be delivered. However, the message never makes it to the users mailbox. I then see in the logs stating "a local loop was detected". I checked the user's account, there are no rules set-up on the account or within Exchange that I can see.
I can e-mail from the account to other users just fine, replying does not work either. I am not quite sure where to start on this one.
