I have exchange 2013 CU 22. I can open users no problem in ECP. When I click on a group or resource such a a room calendar in ECP it takes about 5-10 minutes to open and then says
Server Error in '/ecp' Application.
Request timed out.

I just rebooted and it did not help. I have plenty of memory, storage space and processing power to spare.
I can manage the groups through AD so no big deal but I can't modify the rights of rooms in AD so I'd like to figure this out.
