Need opinion - Exchange 2007

Hi all!

I need opinion on my infrastructure update...

We have Exchange 2007 SP3 with latest rollups installed. We have Server 2003 domain controller.

My question is, can I migrate domain controller from 2003 to 2012 R2 without borking Exchange 2007?

We have single DC and single Exchange 2007 server, no DAGs or clusters and stuff...

Can I migrate to 2012 R2 and set functional level to 2012 and wait for offical support of 2012 R2?
