Hi everyone,
First of all, this thread is Ms Exchange Server 2007 related problem, but somehow it's been directed to this section.
My company has just upgrade our ISP package from a lower speed to a higher speed package yesterday (October-07-2013), hence, our IPs have been changed. Since then we've been facing problem sending email to Hotmail recipients, not only one or two recipients but apparently it's happened to ALL Hotmail recipients!
We have no problem to send & receive mails for both Gmail & Yahoo Mail, but we just can't send mails to Hotmail accounts (do note that we're able to receive mails from Hotmail though).
Here's the bounced back message from Hotmail (do note that I have intentionally edited my actual Hotmail & company addresses to avoid Spam mails) :

The IP is totally new to us, as we just signed up for the ISP package recently.
Could someone out there care to guide me through on how to resolve this problem?
By the way, we're using Ms Exchange Server 2007.
Thank you very much in advanced.
Regards,
Edmund
