We have external help desk software that requires a general mailbox to check for issues sent by users to this mailbox. It then creates a ticket from the message in that mailbox.
Since we are now moving to Exchange, I am unable to find a way to setup a mailbox that will also forward any messages sent to it to a list of people. Sort of a mailbox that acts as a distribution list.
Google doesn't present any viable options so I could use the input of the experts here.
