"The path to the Queue Quota component log has not been set"

The path to the Queue Quota component log has not been set. Queue Quota component log will not be written.

The reason this is logged is clear "QueueQuotaLogEnabled" is enabled by default. To check  run  

Get-TransportServer | fl Queue* 

You can see the path is empty here for QuotaLogs

Does anyone know the shell command to disable the logs or to set a path ?
