What is the default day / time of the week when the policy is run
As per the following article it runs ONCE a week on Office 365. So, when do we expect it to run and how long does it run.

For example,
We would need to inform our customer base about the policy would run ON each Sunday and be prepared for emails to be deleted and the same cycle would repeat every week.
I'm unable to find any documentations around this.
Please help.
