Exchange 2013 services wont start after boot

Hi all,

2 exchange 2013 servers with cas and mailbox role.Everytime i reboot those servers,i have to manually start every Exchange servervices.Somehow they wont start.

IPV6 is not disabled either.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940845 did not help either.

Any tips or recomendation?
