This morning I worked on an issue with an email that has 5 attachments sent to multiple people in my organization. The type of attachments include one .docx file (830 KB) along with four .mp4 files (21MB total). When this email is viewed in OWA for all recipients besides one, they can view the email and attachments without issue. On one particular mailbox I see the email in the Inbox but when I select it I get "Error: Your request can't be completed right now. Please try again later."
If I forward the same email to this user I get the same error again. If I break the email into two emails, splitting the attachments up, three on one email and two on the other email, it comes through correctly.
My mind goes to some type of send/receive limit on the user but when I check the limits on the user account, and on the database, I have no limits set. Also all users are on the same database so that wouldn't support that idea.
Can someone explain to me what could cause an email to show correctly on all recipients for this email but for one recipient they receive that error?
