Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel

Have: Exchange 2010 (no SP) and Exchange 2013 (with last SP) in different forest (trast -ok).

Try to migrate mailbox.

Prepare-MoveRequest - all ok.

When try to New-MoveRequest -Remote get this:

The call to ‘https://mail.com/EWS/mrsproxy.svc’ failed. Error details: Could not establish trust
relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel with authority ‘mail.com’. –>
The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel. –>
The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.

Certificate from 2010 install to 2013, and from 2013 to 2010. Visit to https://mail2010.com/ and https://mail2013.net/ - all certificate ok. But primary name in certificate of 2013 not a FQDN of exchange server (may be this trouble?).

How to view log of connect from 2013 to 2010? Can i change SSL/TLS secure channel to another?

What to do?
