Alias - Wrong Name Confused ??

Hi Everyone, 

I have a server running exchange 2003 , yea i know it needs to be upgraded ... but my trouble have a user who's alias was wrong in the system .. 

So I did was the following and even though it shows right on the server when another users pulls up her email it still shows the old alias name ..

any advice ???

Steps followed so far .. 

1. log into server 

2. open exchange computers and users 

3. go to user

4. open user

5. go to exchange general tab

6. change alias 

7. apply and ok

8. reboot server
