We are running Windows Server 2012 with Exchange 2013, in a virtualised enviroment (Server 2012 Hyper-V).
We are able to backup the server with both Windows Backup and Shadow Protect, however the Exchange component continually fails. All VSS Writers are in a Stable, No Error state (including Exchange) after a restart, but once a backup is run the "Microsoft
Exchange Writer" is Stable but with a Restryable Error. There are a number of events logged as per below. As we have been unable to obtain a full exchange backup, the logs are not getting truncated and are now in excess of 100Gb. Any help would be appreciated.
