Exchange 2010 - database size

Hi

I have a database of 206GB in size,yet when I add the size of the mailboxes within it they total 171GB? suspected whitespace so ran:Get-MailboxDatabase-Status|select name,databasesize,availablenewmailboxspace

this returns 90mb.

So whats taking up the 30GB?
