exchange 2013 sp1- msexchangemailboxreplication.exe.config now XML?

I just went to check the maximum moves setting before I start a migration and this file is now XML? It used to be a text file. Its now very hard to follow. What is the best practice way of viewing and modifying this file now?

The reference I used to use was this- but I think its outdated

I can see a line:

MaxActiveMovesPerTargetServer="100" MaxActiveMovesPerSourceServer="100" MaxActiveMovesPerTargetMDB="20" MaxActiveMovesPerSourceMDB="20" MaxMoveHistoryLength="5" RetryDelay="00:00:30"

I'm guessing I can modify that- but from those numbers maybe I don't need to :)
