I'm having an issue where external auto reply is not working for all users. We are on Exchange 2010 SP1. I tested my own account by enabling auto reply in outlook 2010 (send auto replies, outside my organization, auto reply to people outside my organization).
Then sent a test email from my gmail account to my business email. The email came through but my gmail account never received the auto reply. Everything works fine for internal auto replies. I've checked our CAS server's Hub Transport, remote domains and its
configure to use the 2nd option: allow external out of office messages only. Anything else I should check?
