Hello,
Outlook 2013 on Exchange 2013 on Server 2012 Terminal Client.
When a new E-Mail is received, It is received into the standard INBOX. About 10 seconds later it is moved to INBOX2 (See Picture Below).
I have deleted INBOX2 but as soon as a new e-mail arrives, a new folder is created and 10 seconds later, the e-mail is moved to the INBOX2 folder. By the way, the INBOX2 folder is originally named JUNK, I renamed it to INBOX2 for the users sanity...
The issue follows the account. If I create this users account on another machine, the INBOX2 is there and still moves the E-Mail.
I've run Malware Scans - Nothing. This is on a terminal server, the other users on this server have not encountered this issue. I have deleted the local exchange account and recreated. - Same Issue. I have moved all e-mail from INBOX - Same Issue. The new INBOX2 is create above the original inbox folder. Normally, folders can not be created above the INBOX folder.
Anyone know what may be causing this folder to be created and all new e-mail moved to it?
Thanks,
Robert
