Our organization is running Exchange Server 2007 SP1 and the client is running Outlook 2010 latest SP in Cached Mode.
In Outlook on the client pc, the Outbox link is bolded and shows 1 message. However, when you actually open the outbox the outbox is empty with no message.
I can't figure out how to reset the outbox or get it to go back to normal. All new messages send/receive just fine and don't get stuck in the outbox.
- I tried the ScanPST tool but after going through the intial 8 phases it errors out when clicking repair.
- I tried the MDBVU32.EXE but this doesn't show anything in the Outbox.
- I tried going into Offline mode to see if there were any different results there and I get the same
Any other ideas on how to go about resolving this issue?
