I got into work today and noticed that no one can log into exchange via OWA. I started checking error logs on my store servers and found them all littered with these error messages;

Source: System.ServiceModel 4.0.0.0

Event ID: 3

Task Category: WebHost

User: System

WebHost failed to process a request.

Everything was working great on Friday and my error logs were unfortunately over written due to the amount of errors in my logs.   Let me know if anyone has a fix for this or anything in the event log jumps out at you.  All of the servers are set up the same (Server2012, 3 exchange 2013 store servers and 3 cas servers)

Thank you for all your help!
