Exchange 2013 Message Trace

Hello,

The Exchange 2013 documentation states that there should be an option in the Exchange Admin Center forMail Flow -> Message Trace but I do not see that option.  Any ideas how I can get it to show up?

Run a Message Trace and View Results

- Step 1: Use the EAC to run a message trace
- - In the EAC, navigate to Mail flow > Message trace.
