We've got a mixed Exchange 2010 / Exchange 2013 environment with a small number of mailboxes in Exchange 2013. Mail is routed to our Exchange 2010 Hub Transports and then to our Exchange 2013 Hub Transport/MBX/CAS server.
Today, we got an alert from our SCOM 2012 server Exchange 2013 MP that looked pretty alarming
"The total number of messages rejected due to shadow failure over the last 60 minutes exceeds 200"
Now I understand that Shadow Redundancy is by default enabled however how do it find out if we're really losing messages or if I should not be concerned?
