Hi All,
Firstly thank you for taking the time to read/help in advance.
We have a 2010 platform in place working well and have since implemented 2 Exchange 2013 Multi-role servers, any mailboxes on the 2013 platform are accessible and working well via OWA however none can be setup in Outlook, they setup ok in Mail then when trying to open we get the error
"Cannot start Microsoft Outlook, Cannot open the Outlook window, The set of folders cannot be opened. You must connect to Microsoft Exchange with the current profile before you can synchronize your folders with your Outlook data file (.ost)"
I have been through and checked and all of our internal and external URL's are specified correctly, our certificate is fully working as I can see on OWA and I have specificed our internal Autodiscover URL.
Could anyone shed some light as to why this might be?
Many Thanks
Jason
