Jestress Result passed but latency exceeded the threshold

We have done jestress on our Exchange 2013 new hardware. All the tests are getting passed. Performance &  24 hour stress test getting passed. But on  all this passed tests , when I look at the details down i could see I/Odatabase read average latency exceeded 20ms (30+ ms)  and  I/O log writes Average   latency exceeded 10 ms (20+ ms) during the test for some of the instances.    As I understand in  jetstress doumentation I/O database read average latency threshold is 20miliseconds and  I/O log writes Average   latency is 10 ms and i think  the test supposed to fail if it exceeds that. I would like to know  how this test getting passed  eventohough the latency reported was high as mentioned in below image. Whether this is normal and can I consider my hardware as passed  based on the  overall result in this case.
