In our office there is a shared mailbox which receives all external emails for the department. Is there a way to set it up so that the person managing the mailbox can assign the external emails that come in to various consultants with in the department (there are about 20) while still being able to see the email in the mailbox and track if it has been actioned?
For example, the mailbox has 100 emails at the start of the day, the person managing the mailbox assigns each consultant 10 emails to action. The manager can then, through out the day, see which emails have been actioned and which emails are still outstanding?
