We are using Exchange 2013 version 15.0 build 1076.9 Clients are running on outlook 2010 version 14.0.7165.5000. We have 8 meeting rooms. Users are able to manage only their meeting room booking such as booking, edit meeting time and cancel meeting. They are able to see detail in all meeting room and other booking.
My colleague and I are download office 2016 from Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center then install on test computers.
on outlook 2016 we are able to see detail of other meeting room booking but unable to book the meeting room.
The error message shown
" You don't have permission to create and entry in this folder, and then click Properties for the folder. See the folder or your administrator to change your permission"
Outlook 2016 problem with calendar
It's happens on outlook 2016, while same accounts are able to book meeting room thru outlook 2010.
We are already try
- Delete ost file.
- Remove profile.
- Enable DirectBooking registry. kb 2788235
- Install hotfix. kb 2910976
but still error. Please advise.
