Manual Outlook profile not getting configured using server Name it works fine with GUID

Dear All,

I am in the process of Exchange Migration from 2010 to 2013, everything works fine once i move test user

only outlook profile was not getting configured:

Then i found out that TMG was applied within the IE settings i removed TMG ip which was configured as PROXY and it staretd configuring the profile

Now the issue is when i configure outlook profile Manually and do a check name it says exchange server is unavailable, but if i put exchange server guid it works fine . I tried this with and without proxy..when i am logged on windows with user profile it works fine with name , but if want to add a profile and manually enter the settings its not working.
