DataProtection Unhealthy when running Get-HealthReport

Hey all. I googled this a bit and didn't get a perfect answer so I would like to verify something with you all. In my event logs I got an entry in the event log: Event ID 74, Source MSExchange RBAC. Error states Connection leak detected for key. When I google this it indicates that my DataProtection may be unhealthy and to run Get-HealthReport. I did so and it is indeed unhealthy.

These two servers are part of a DAG that replicate 12 databases across each other. However, they each contain one database that is not replicated (Legacy user mailboxes that do not need to be highly available - space is currently short for us) so I am constantly seeing errors indicating that there is not sufficient availability for these databases, which I am fine with. According to https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/newthread?category=ocs&forum=sfbfr

if there is an issue with replication it can trigger it to be marked as unhealthy. I took it a step further and ran a get-ServerHealth and it did mark ServerOneCopyMonitor (which falls under DataProtection) as unhealthy. Well I do technically have an issue with replication - there is no copy of these databases and I get errors because of it (despite me expecting them). All of that being said, can I safely ignore the unhealthy report? Is this just due to lack of configured copies?

Thanks all!
