Custom managed folder in Exchange server 2013

Hi,

Is there a way to have Custom managed folder in Exchange server 2013, which will show up in outlook for all the users, such as "To Be Deleted"

And any emails in this folder will get deleted in a month or specified time.

Or, can this be achieved via MRM or any thing else ?
