User Has Duplicated Emails

We have one user on our network using Outlook 2010 (we're on Exchange 2013) that will find that some emails will display in duplicate. When she attempts to access the duplicate, it disappears.

There are not multiple accounts in her Outlook and we have followed the other recommended checks for causes of this to no avail. If she logs into another machine, the same thing occurs so we know it is not machine specific.

We recently migrated to Exchange 2013 but, this occurred on Exchange 2010, before the migration, as well for the same user.

Are there other things to check aside from the common causes that may relieve this or is a complete recreation of the mailbox going to be the way out?
