Add-MailboxPermission AccessRights definition

I need some help regarding the AccessRights attribute of Add-MailboxPermission.

Actually what are the differences, purpose and outcome for below access rights? As I've googled, but couldn't find any detailed explanation:

• FullAccess

• ExternalAccount

• DeleteItem

• ReadPermission

• ChangePermission

• ChangeOwner
