As the holiday approached, there were a few calls about mailbox limits being reached. We assisted two people on how to manage it (they emptied Deleted Items or moved to Online Archives) and it worked. Except for one user, it was not updating. Her Deleted Items is still showing 1.9 GB but when I ran Get-MailboxStatistics ..... | select TotalDeletedItemSize shows 88MB but the TotalItemSize is also wrong. Within Outlook (Data File Properties\Folder Size shows 1.9gb
I started this on Friday and figured that maybe it needed more time to sync with Exchange but it's almost 4 days now. Since it's only affecting one user, is there a command I can use to resync or refresh her folders?
