where is the IP of the sender?

i vaguely recall that with older Exchange versions, the IP of the device where an email was sent used to appear in the Outlook headers.

scenario: using my smartphone, i sent an email from gmail to my company email address . at the office, Outlook doesn't show the IP address of the phone that i used in sending the email from gmail.

is there a way in Exchange to find the IP address of the sender?
