we have an exisiting ssl cert with godaddy, points to mail.mydomain.com and www.mail.mydomain.com
we are in process of moving to 365,will run hybrid for a while until everything is settled.
I have been told I need a certificate to also point to autodiscover.madomain.com, so looking at modifying my cert.
but - recently our web team had me create couple of emails for secondary domain, something for emailing reports to customers.
I just have two email accounts for that domain, welcome@2nddomain.com and noreply@2nddomain.com
2nd domain will not be in use for few weeks more, but we may still be in hybrid mode at that time. so to add that second email domain to my cert while adding autodiscover I would need to specify:
- mail.mydomain.com
- www.mail.mydomain.com
- autodiscover.mydomain.com
- autodiscover.2ndomain.com
does that make sense?
